Welcome to Benton Franklin Head Start (BFHS) located in Richland, Washington. We encourage inclusion services in our classrooms for children identified with devleopmental delays in the areas of; cognitive, adaptive, fine and gross motor, personal-social, and language. Children qualify for BFHS under Head Start eligibility and are served in our program with inclusion services currently offerred by our five local school districts.
